Hey there. So I've had this medium sized pimple on my back since my freshman or sophomore year of high school. I'm currently a senior in college. It's located in area where I can feel it but not pop it or remove it or at least try to. My dad actually popped it twice within that time span. Most of it went away but when he did pop it; it smelled BAD. It smelled like anything that stays wet for days i.e. clothes, towels, that kind of smell. So my question is, is there anyway to permanently and fully remove this pimple? This is the only pimple I've had for this long. Most of my other acne is just come and go within a week or two but this one is just determined.
