I only have a few acne scars (About 3 to be exact), one of them is a decently sized icepick scar on my upper cheek. Honestly the scar itself doesn't bother me all that much, but it keeps filling up with what i'm assuming is waxy sebum. Once it starts filling up it'll take about a week and the wax just pops out on its own usually. Does anyone know whats causing this and how to stop it? If you need a picture I can provide one but there's not much to show right now.

Yeah I'd be alright with it filling up with collagen but things are never that easy lol. Anyway here's the scar in question, like I said there's not much to see right now as it just started filling up again and is not too visible yet. I'm suspecting it's getting clogged deep in the scar somehow but i'm not sure on how to go about fixing that.

Well assuming its a deeply clogged pore what should I use on it? BP? Tea Tree Oil? Salicylic Acid? any suggestions would be great

I'd dab some tea tree oil on it in the PM every night. See if that clears it up. If not I would try a dab of BP. Make sure you only apply it to those little ice picks though, don't want to cause purging to a area for no reason. Just use a q tip.

yea those 3 mentioned r the most effective ones suposedly, ive been used 2 except bp n they were completely useless for me, skin will get used to them, so i think bp would b the best? bt i think it might make repairing the scar harder since its drying etc
