I'm desperate to know what this is. I've had this about a year. Started as little puss filled pimple, but felt like a needle sticking me deep under the skin. Every few weeks it surfaces and I can pull some out with tweezers, but it breaks off leaving more under the skin. It's so painful.

It's on my the my breast, but on the side toward the breast bone. This photo is me pulling it with tweezers.

I've searched all over on-line and can't find anything similar and have no idea what it is.
