what do you guys think about this i checked the nutrition calculator and yes it seems possible to get all the essential minerals and vitamins and stuff with this very limited diet:
It's ok though abit boring to be eating the same foods over and over. I can see people trying it then getting bored and nibbling on junk foods to fill the void. Variety is the spice of life and all that... You could just use it as a template and add in other beneficial foods to mix things up abit, I'd make sure everything I ate was organic though.
