So I know my acne is linked to my dairy consumption so whenever I have less my acne improves and vice versa. However for the first time I completely removed the dairy. I'm four days in and my skin has gotten worse. Is this normal? And has any one had experiences with dairy and acne and how long did it take to give noticeable differences?

If your skin has got worse after completely removing dairy this would suggest to me dairy is not the issue here. It is still a possibility but unlikely.
I would suggest looking for a common substance in dairy products and see if that may be the trigger.
