The times when I've had persistent acne, I was eating sandwiches everyday. The times when my face has been fairly clear, I was eating more whole foods, veggies, no bread.
Recently I purchased some 100% whole wheat to have toast in the morning. I've noticed that soon after eating this, my face becomes itchy and red, especially under the eyes. I never made the connection to wheat until I read that other people experienced the same thing. Also, my acne has slowly returned since eating bread.
Anyone else experience this?
Yeap, 100% and dairy too.
I feel the itchyness, it drives me insane. I'd rather just avoid it and not feel that.
I cut them out and I feel so much better, and so does my skin.
I was able to drink milk and eat wheat for majority of my life. All of a sudden I can't. Maybe its the environment or the chemical additives within those products.
