Diet Help..omegas?

As i am changing my diet..i need to know about Omega 3 and omega 6

I am 5.3 ft, 115lbs, I am planing on daily calories as 1600 (as i want to lose weight) .

I have researched that the omega 3/omega 6 ratio should be 1:1 or towards omega 3.

My current intake is 1:8 towards omega 6, i am seeing the target as 1:4 for starters.

I need to know how much gm omega 3 and omega 6 should be taken daily..like max/min value....???

Any other advice on the subject ..??
