The only thing on your list that has scientific evidence for the *possibility* of an effect is Dairy.

There are recent studies that provide very compelling evidence that smoking cigarettes are directly related to acne (i.e., controlling for related lifestyle factors did not change the relationship), with a linear relationship between number of cigarettes smoked a day and severity of acne.
