Does Dairy Cause Acne When Heated Up?

Recommended Posts

I know it's pretty ridiculous, but I simply have to ask. I've had mild to moderate acne the past couple years, but when I started puberty, I had moderate to severe acne. It's gotten better over the years (no products helped) and I've taken a look on my diet and cut things to see if they had an effect. Dairy definitely had an effect on my skin, so I cut it completely. But the major problem is that I love to bake and I love to make food in general, and some of my most favorite dishes have dairy in them. Lasagna, vegetable pies etc. I've read a lot about acne and the causes thereof for many years, and know what dairy does and why. I can't find any answers anywhere about this, so even though it's ridiculous, I have to ask. So... Does dairy still cause acne when it's been heated up? Ex. been warmed up in an oven?
