Hey guys,

So I have been thinking about this for a while and I had an interesting thought..I came across posts where people claim that excess glucose in your blood leads to more insulin secretion which in turn gives you insulin spikes and thus acne.

What if this can be controlled by deep breathing? Because when you breathe, doesn't the oxygen which is inhaled react with glucose in your cells to release energy? This would mean lower levels of glucose in your blood since you are breathing a lot. And if you are not breathing enough or if you do not breathe properly, the opposite is true.

Maybe if we decide to breathe deep subconsciously after every meal and make it a habit, it will help our acne by reducing glucose levels in those who are Insulin Resistant.

Let me know what you think!

Well you should breathe right. But you should get up and move around after a meal.

And do a variety of things to aid glucose metabolism. Eat right including nutrients involved in glucose/insulin, sleep right, move around a lot, gain some muscle.
