Ok so my food elimination for foods that cause acne are down to bananas and other fruits, chicken, and eggs. I of course eat free-range chicken and eggs. I don't notice much from eating bananas, but i know they have a medium high gl. I dont notice a lot from eggs either. I do notice some acne from chicken, definitely when i eat a bunch. Is anyone else affected by any or all of these three foods and would like to share?
