Skin Looking Better After Exercising?

My skin is pretty decent now, I have some small, bumpy whiteheads and red marks left but no more inflammations.

Recently I decided to start running, hoping that it may improve my skin and make me healthier overall.

I've noticed that after I get home that my skin looks better: the whiteheads seem smaller and the redness is a lot less noticeable? Is this real or is this just my brain being euphoric after a good work-out?

I definitely notice my skin looks better when I work out, not instantly but it helps a lot. It's probably because you're sweating out toxins

Not just in your head. It's an actual thing. Science. I always try to get people with acne to exercise. It really helps your skin purge.
