I Want To Switch From The Regimen!

Hello all, I've had a good four year run with BP and due to reoccuring annoyances with dry skin I'd like to make my routine something that will help my skin be healthy---not just LOOK healthy. I've been doing a lot of research and have come across information on codliver oil, Vitamin supplements, baking soda, tea tree oil, lemon juice, and this list goes onn and ooonn......there is SO MUCH INFORMATION. I'm having a lot of trouble sorting through all of it. Is anyone out there using a simple tried and true technique? I'm going to start cutting BP out of my Regimen for now, trying to only use it at night. Thanks!
