They look like hyperpigmention to me? And they're a little red.

I sometimes used baking soda to face away some scars. It really helped a little bit, but the overall effect was minimal since I have severe scarring.

when i use exfoliant they get more red

you have posted many different threads about this so just use a gentle cleanser and moisturizer and let the areas heal. dont do anything else to them for now just let them heal. in a few months if they are still red you can get an ipl done to remove the redness but for now just leave them alone.

This looks like a very very minor issue, so there's no reason why you should be stressing out this much. Control your acne aggressively to prevent scarring. As for the red spots, they already look like they are fading. If you want to treat them quickly then get Vbeam for the red marks.

i was using a cleanser with salicylic acid, that's why they got more red, now im using a mild cleanser without soap of Avene , they are clearing up ^^
