they fade over time.. im stuck with mine to but mine are more severe.. yoi actually have really nice skin eating fresh fruit and veggies and drinking green tea can help.

dont worry about it till after the course is up! Its a multi step process- and before you can get to the next step,finish the one you have started. They will go away on their own, or you can use something like retin-a or tazorac post treatment to fade them. I prefer products like these because its not as abrasive then physical exfoliantss.

I think your red marks are very mild. They will fade over time, so just hang in =)

Scars: It's hard to say with this lightning, try to take a picture in bright daylight. But from what I can see, if you have any scars, they would be mild =)
