they look like they will fade over time definitely... they don't look like the krater scars which are potentially permanent. don't pick at your acne which will only make it worse. trust me learned from experience. i would visit a dermatologist just incase you get anymore acne which can lead to the worst thing of all... acne scars for the rest of your life. i recommend seeing one asap.

You really need to let the inflamation die down before you will get a realistic view. I don't see a major problem for you..

The large ones in the bottom left picture look like they have the potential to become scars. Fingers crossed that they won't, though!

What kind of answer are you after? What has not satisfied you about the responses so far?

The very first picture! I have EXACTLY that type on the same place but on both sides of my face. One side healed in 3 months and you can barely notice it anymore. When flushing it looks like a little darker skin area but is like normal skin now. :)

The other side is still as yours but not as red anymore. Been 2 months for this one but seems healing slower... Maybe because it appeared in the end of my accutane course that f*cked my skins ability to heal.

I also have this type but much redder and weirder on my nose between my eyes, and wonder myself if it will ever go since it's on the nose.... Hasn't changed a bit for almost 3 months... :(

if they do indeed become indented have no worry, they'll be very shallow and will eventually fill in. but you must take some sort of action by using a product with vitamin a or something that exfoliates and repairs skin..
