Hi!

I've recently come back from a PS for consultation on these deep scars. He suggested punch excision would be a reasonable procedure but said that I'd be at risk for an even larger hole if the excision failed. He was unable to give me an estimate on how likely it was going to turn out, which I believe is fair since not everyone's skin is the same. I am quite torn on this as I would like to improve the appearance of these scars but would not want an even bigger hole if it were to fail. What do you guys suggest?
