Hi, just have a quick question. When I wake up in the morning on weekends I go work out, sweat, and then shower...after this is all over, it's about 1pm, so I'm trying to figure out when to apply the regimen in the morning. And for the weekdays, I work out around 5pm, sweat, and shower, etc.
Any help would be much appreciated, thanks!
Yeah that's what I'd do too.
I work out in the evening and I apply the evening portion of it right after. It's not right before bed, but my pores are fresh open so it is absorbed better
And there's no point applying anything right before you sweat and shower - everything will be gone in an hour
