Using Benzac With The Regimen

Hi! Is it okay to use the benzac ac 2.5 % gel with the regimen. According to the regimen we should apply the benzoyl peroxide generously as we progress but if I look into the benzac leaflet, the instruction is to use it very thinly. When used generously, it also leaves some white flakes according to some people who had used it already. I don't know what to follow becasue I am not sure how similar benzac is with the benzoyl peroxide that we can buy at this site. Help please guys. thanks.

I actually got clear using benzac 2.5% but I used it under the directions of the regimen. So if you want to give the regimen a shot, feel free to use benzac as your treatment. It works just as well as the acne.org BP.

Benzac and the regimen treatment are having the same active ingredient, so they are the same. The difference is in the inactive ingredients that changes a bit the texture and feeling of each product.
