Hello,
I recently found this wonderful site called CosDNA that helps with determining if ingredients will aggravate your skin. You can type down a products name Or, If they don't have the product, just list the ingredients of product your curious about and it will give you a chart that shows if it would - cause/irritate acne - Be an irritant - and how bad it is for your skin. And I'm pretty sure you can use it to not only check makeup but skincare products too of course!
I find it helpful and I thought I would share it 
I love CosDNA. It helped me find out that so many of the products I was using on my face were causing me acne. CosDNA doesn't always list every comedogenic ingredient, though, so it's good to compare it to other sources like this list here http://www.sageskincare.com/Articles.asp?ID=255
