lets say you have atrophic scars, of any kind. is it possible if you needle the skin

Lol are you kidding? Probably the most horrible idea. You'll be left with way more scarring than you began with.

I mean this is pure ridiculousness, but I'll indulge your theory for a second. First, the skin on your body is a poor match for the skin on your face. Usually when doctors perform a punch graft, the skin is from behind your ear. Second, this sounds like a sure fire way to give yourself a serious infection, which will cause worse scarring.
