Do you wash your face twice a day? If not, go buy yourself an acne cleanser. At night, after cleansing your face, put on a spot treatment. Your acne looks pretty severe, so go to the dermatologist and see what they can do. All I can tell you is to keep your face clean, and don't stress over them. The more you stress, the more it seems to get worse. Oh, shaving might be a good idea, the oils from the hairs can block pores causing more acne. Just see what the dermatologist says.

in Pakistan all the dermatologist are just stupid ,

I don't do shave because with beards it's bit hidden but if I do shave it show very much clear on face that's really hurt me

by the way hope I'll got any good dermatologist in Pakistan.

I agree with what the person above me said, Your face may be irritatated from your beard. Since it looks like the acne is primarily around where your beard is growing. It could be a case of folliculitis? I say shave the beard, and keep your face clean and it is important to eat a healthy diet and drink tons of water

Hey your face isnt that bad really, and i agree with with everyone has been saying. shaving and cleansing can really help you alot.

toxicblondy Thanks for reply, the beard is just from last past month (almost 1 and half), and the pimples i am getting on face is from the 2 years aerine I do wash my face regular, one at moring than evening and at last when going to bed ,

Guys I visit the dermetologist (specialist) and he has given me the "Duac" gel and adoxa tablet and one lotion "Dalacin t"

Doctor guide me to use Duac once in a days for 2 hours only first week

and apply the dalacin lotion at daily morning

and get the 2 tablets of adoxa daily .

What you guys think is it's will work.

the pimples are getting red & red nothing else.

But still no result , getting pimples on different areas of my face.

A week still is not long enough, I have heard you are supposed to give something about 3 months to see if it is REALLY working
