I have just come across this and have seen some before and after pictures that look promising.
From what I have read the sooner you get it done the better. Works much better on scars that are 3-6 months old. A lot of the pics I saw showed that people actually started the RF treatments while they still had some active acne plus scars.
So I am not sure it would help with mature scars but mine are only a few months old so I was thinking it may be helpful to me.
Has anyone tried this? Or read any info on it?

What does that involve?
Infini is an RF Microneedling device. I guess you could say it's like dermastamping with RF going throughout the needles. Not sure where you are located, but the only clinic in the USA with it is in California and isn't all that cheap.
