Hi, guys :) I want to know if there is truly any link with lack of sleep and acne. I have light to moderate acne. I also have trouble sleeping. Over the past few months I've noticed that I've been getting small pimples right at my temples. These pimples are tiny but you gotta know my frustration with them when I am close to having clear skin. I am wondering if sleeping on a certain side causes the breakouts. I am also curious to know if sleep deprivation causes acne flare ups as well. If anyone has noticed the link, I would be grateful to know what you did to solve this issue. Like do you wash your pillow case every 3 days? Kind of off topic and silly, but any help on falling asleep? Any tips would be great!

WishClean - I am looking into yoga as I tend to stress out a lot with school and I know for sure it affects my skin. I will look at the posts! Thank you
