What scar? If you're talking about that tiny dot on the side of your nose, then I think you should step away from the mirror and give yourself a break.

I wouldn't let something like that bother me. I definitely wouldn't needle it. Nose scars are difficult to improve. Scars like that can also improve on their own over time, and it's unlikely anyone notices it but YOU. Why risk making it worse? Go out and enjoy life

I have to agree with *inspired* there is very little sign of a scar there. I know that things can always seem bigger in our minds, this 'scar' shouldnt be bothering you too much. The skin will eventually smooth it out so please be patient before attempting anything like needling.

it's definitely gotten better, but still not healed. i forgot to mention but that scar was due to me trying to rid of a shallower scar beneath it which resulted in this.
