Hair In Scars

I'm curious. I've read somewhere scars don't have hair follicles neither have oil glands.

However, my scars have some sort of hair. Because my scars are in the cheeks the hair follicles are small (normal I would say). What does that mean? Is it a good thing?

And how can I see if my scars are dry??

I would appreciate your help :D

I can take a picture so detailed. I've already tried to take a picture of my scars and the only thing you could see was there redness (blotchy red marks). Can you still give me your opinion?

btw, thanks for answering :)

It's just 1 mm hair that normally grows in the cheeks. Is it considered hair?

It is probably nothing special. I believe the hairs aren't from the scarred skin, it's from the surrounding skin. I read somewhere that hair follicles close to scar tissue can penetrate the scars - that's why they look they're growing in the bad skin.
