Ok, i have red marks that i want to fade/treat in my cheeks, and a little bit of rocacea(I think). I'm going to order from Paula choice products. What do u think of that?

Currently i have my acne under control, only 1-2 pimples. Im using "neutrogena cisibly clear blackhead eliminating daily scrub" to eliminate pores/blackheads. ( http://www.apotea.se/neutrogena-visibly-clear-blackhead-eliminating-daily-scrub-150-ml )

Ok, to treat red marks I think I need exfoliants, but which one? ( http://www.paulaschoice-eu.com/shop/skin-care/exfoliants ). This is first time using AHA or BHA but I want a product that is effective.

I think I need "moisturizers with SPF", right? I am thinking of this one: ( http://www.paulaschoice-eu.com/skin-recovery-daily-moisturizing-lotion-with-spf30-and-antioxidants.html ). Is that ok? It concerns sensitive and rocacea skins it says.

I think i will also buy Bio-oil from a pharmacystore too, to fade mark etc. So what else do I need? Toners? Cleansers? Or will it be "too much"?

Because It's 25+degree sun here I dont want to do IPL, i'll do it after the summer and try this routine first. I'm new to this so I need help and advice, please.

Besides this i will also take Zinc tablets, but are zinc using to fade marks or is it used to treat acne? I will also take multivitamins tablets, and i will eat a lot of orange(C-vitamin). I will give this "program" 3 months, and I hope to see some improvements because these products are quite expensive...

There are so many kinds of products out there. So please, can someone tell me to use which one, and how often? I need a "schedule".

Thanks guys/girls!

Uhm, okay.

I think im going to use neutrogena blackhead eliminating as cleanser. And "Skin Recovery Daily Moisturizing Lotion with SPF30 and Antioxidants" from Paula Choice. Need this SPF when using AHA/BHA? And moisturizing is for dry skin? I have 0 acne and but my skin is so bad, dry and red.

As for exfoliant, I don't know yet. Too many choices. how often should I use this exfoliant? twice a week?

or

Is it too strong?

Or maybe another? Do I need toner and bio oil, or will it be "too much"?

Hi! I've been using this for a few months now. I think you could start off with it and if your skin tolerates it well then move onto the stronger one.

I just use it as a toner. It says you can use it twice a day but my skin got red and itchy so I just use it at night.

I haven't seen a much of a difference in my scars but my skin does feel super soft after using it. It also helps to control the blemishes.

Hi, the thing is that i cant afford 2 exfoliants, can only choose one. And I want to see result with an effective product. How often should I use exfoliant when choosing the strong one?

I've heard that Bio oil makes a lot of people break out. I don't know if it really helps acne scars either.

Zinc helps with active acne because it reduces inflammation but won't do anything for scarring.

Paula's choice has a BHA 9 and a vitamin c serum which I've heard is good for pigmentation when used in combination.

Good luck.

Ok, I won't use bio oil.

How about vitamin e capsules?

It depend's which one you choose. The BHA one is formulated with salisylic acid. It exfoliates inside the pore and that's why it also helps with acne. The AHA one only exfoliates the surface of the skin. So for acne prone skin I'd recommend the salicylic acid one.

They are both 2% SA but the difference is in the PH level. You can use it twice a day if your skin doesn't get irritated. The stronger one has different PH that allows it to penetrate deeper into your skin. If you have dry and sensitive skin I'd go with the milder one. You can always get the stronger one next time.

If you decide to go with the AHA product you're only supposed to use it once a week since it's a stronger exfoliant.

Ok. I have only 2-3 pimples and I have it under control. I've heard that aha is better for red mark fading, is it true? Or do they have the same effect? I think I will go for the stronger weekly aha 10% because the 5%is out of stock. But i just want to be sure that my face won't get "destroyed".

Assume that I use aha weekly. Morning and evening I use a neutrogena cleanser and moisturiser. Can I also add this one?
