He's just looking for answers like everyone else here, dude go to a cosmetic dermatologist or a board certified plastic surgeon and start to see what kind of treatments are available for you, since there is not extensive scarring you should be able to achieve pretty good results from a multiple treatment approach. Do you still have active acne?
That's the thing, many people offered advice, but it didn't even seem like he was listening or he didn't get the answers he wanted. We're all insecure about our scarring, that's why we're here, but it helps to keep some perspective. These are mild and very much treatable.
Thanks Leeman, these pics are helpful. I'll reiterate and say that in this particular case, subcision AND fillers will help. The subcision done first will release the scar if they are tethered, and fillers will replace the volume. Choose a long lasting filler like Voluma (18 months supposedly).
These scars are gently sloping and do not have sharp edges, so I think subcision and fillers will be best suited for them. See how you do with that combo before doing something more radical like lasers.
