It depends how the copper peptides are formulated and what they are.

Dermarolling can help, but by itself it's not that useful. It depends how deep and large the scars are, too.

Thank you for the prompt answer. How do I go about finding out what is best for me?

go to the owndoc.com forum right now and read up on everything....start slow, this is not a miracle overnight path, but one that works

good luck to you, but read everything you can, buy your products and get going...I use a derma stamp every 10 days or so, but I'm only brave enough to do the 0.5mm

It depends what your skin type is, what other conditions you have, how much improvement you want, and what you want your down time to be.

You can get some dermatologists' and plastic sugeons' opinions here for acne scar treatments: http://www.realself.com/search/results?gsc.q=scar%20treatment%20acne

You can also find a rated doctor here: http://www.realself.com/find

Good luck!
