Hello! This is my first post after going crazy searching the web for answers. I've suffered with bacne since I was a teen 13-14 and now I'm 27. With in the past couple years or so, I've noticed flesh colored bumps. They're very pronounced when I flex a certain way or when the sun hits from an angle. I'm hoping its nothing serious and just part of bacne. I've also spent summers hiking shirtless in the sun so I've had my share of sunburns here and there. Attached are photos, :(

Sea salt water might help you, but I couldn't recommend creams because it's such a large skin surface... Anyway, don't be too harsh on your skin and don't over scrub/exfoliate it.

Have you ever gone a period of time with washing your back solely with water, no shower cream?

I rarely wash or even scrub my back. When I wash my shoulders, I usually just go over it with soap. I have a face scrub with salicylic acid that I use occasionally for black heads and sometimes rub my shoulders with it.

I think they're types of pimples called "closed comedones" - you can check out what they usually look like on Google Images.

They can be pretty hard to treat - but thank God they're not too noticeable.

Usually the best treatment is a salicylic acid wash (like you have) and/or topical retin-A (prescription).

Are they only on your back?
