Hi Canadians!

 

We just wanted to ask you how you find your experience to be when you order Acne.org products and if there's anything we can do to help improve it for you.

I've never had a problem with ordering acne.org products, they usually ship within the month of ordering it, which is how long it says it takes on the cheapest shipping method.

Is there any way you guys could extend free shipping to Canada too?

I've never had any problems either. It takes a while to get here, but always when it says it will, which is fine with me. I've had very negative experiences with Proactiv delivery and they were delivering within Canada.

I agree with the free shipping idea though. Or reduced shipping? We are your neighbours after all :P

I received mine within two weeks, so no problem there. But free/subsidized shipping would be great.
