Redmarks take time to go away. I suggest you do everything possible to stop breaking out that way your marks can heal much quicker!

As said above, make sure you don't get anymore acne, then time will heal your marks.

Once my acne stopped, all the left-over marks and spots healed in a matter of months. It's definitely not permanent. Thank God I never got any acne scars!

Vbeam should help.

Also look for the newer protocol called Vbeam Perfecta, which doesn't cause the purpura (purplish bruising) like the older machines. IPL is for more general redness, whereas Vbeam can be targeted to specific spots.

You could try this regime but i have not tried this myself yet.
