I care about my skin a lot. I used to wash it everyday with (Clarasonic + Good cleanser) with good results. I heard regularly washing your skin keeps it looking young and healthy. However, when I do wash it, I sometimes get break outs. I think it's because when I wash it, my skin starts to produce more oil.

Last 2 month, I BARELY ever washed my face. Maybe once every 5 - 6 days. Now my skin is actually SMOOTHER and barely have any acne anymore.

I am confused now because now I feel like my skin will wrinkle faster or age faster because i'm not washing it or something.

What do you guys think? What can I do? Tips?

The goal is to try and keep my skin looking young and healthy as possible.

Thanks!

If not washing works for you, keep doing it! Are you wearing sunscreen everyday? That's pretty essential for preserving skin.

If your skin cleansing routine is working then that's great! I would say to improve it even more add skin foods to your diet. Green tea, greens, and grapefruit all have great skincare benefits. I've switched up my routine and for me whats going on in the inside is definitely showing improvement on the outside!

Don't smoke

Use a face scrub, it will make it loads more smoother. And use products that have natural ingredients, not with those with lots of chemicals- it can really dry out your skin.

In my head I always think that washing my face more is better, but then I wake up and realize I am dead wrong. Most skin specialists agree that less is more when it comes to washing the face. I learned that lesson and it has helped me to not break out.

Sometimes when my face is getting oily I wash my hands, rinse my face with water, and pat dry with a towel...
