Still Breaking Out!?

Hello!

For the past 2 or 3 years I have been getting acne around my chin/mouth/jawline area. Not too long ago I took some advice from some members on here and I have seen some improvements.

These are the things I'm currently doing to prevent my acne;

Using a face wash 2 times a day, moisturizing 2 times a day and using Epiduo once a day. I am also exfoliating every 3 days or so.

As far as diet goes I am eating basically only fish, chicken and eggs (occasionally bacon/sausages etc), fresh vegetables and fruit and sometimes natural nuts. That's literally all I'm eating. I only drink water, green tea and occasionally almond milk.

I'm also taking vitamin A, E, probiotics and multi vitamins to try to help. I also exercise and work out.

I feel like I'm doing everything in my power that I can be doing to prevent it and I still find that I'm breaking out. If anyone has anymore advice it really would be greatly appreciated.

I have attached two pictures to give an idea of what my acne is like. I've recently figured out that I have a skin condition called milia on my chin which can be seen in the second picture.

Thanks a lot!

Your chin acne is identical to mine! Pretty mild, but persistent. In your pictures yours is mine on and okay, but irritated day.

I'm going to give the acne.org regimen another shot. It worked previously, but did cause me to flake like hell.

Yes! Exactly. Mild but persistent. Very frustrating!
