I have recently in the last 5 months started developing scars from spots and it is causing much distress..

I am not really sure what to do.. I am looking after my diet, drinking lots of water, not picking any spots.

Is this resolvable as it has killed my confidence and making me want to hide away.

They are not scars just hyper pigmentation, so be thankful for that. You can look into things such as AHA lotion to speed along the natural process of things, really the only way for the red marks to fade away is time, and they will. It can take awhile but at least they will go away eventually unlike actual scars. I know guys don't like to hear this but if you have a female who you would feel comfortable showing you how to cover up some of the spots with a concealer, it would help with confidence while time does its thing. Also, stay out of the sun! The suns rays will only make the spots more red or darker, so apply a good quality sunscreen or avoid it altogether if possible.

Hi lucky

Thanks. Today my doctor has put me on Epiduo to stop the spots?

It's been horrible as its just suddenly started effecting me.. And i haven't had a clue whats going on!

Does this normally take years to go? And should i look to have treatment such as a skin peel etc?
