acne on cheek

i seem to get mine pretty much just on the cheeks too.

here are some ideas why, though none really apply to me so i think there just isnt an answer smile.gif

-do you sleep on your side? is your pillowcase clean?

-do you talk on the phone and smush the reciever into your face?

-do you rest your hands on your cheeks?

Those are just myths. If you really think that much about preventing acne then something is wrong with you. Don't get me wrong, acne is not my friend but I don't sleep on my back or never touch my face.

Be yourself and live your life. I don't think theirs any real evidence or anything that suggests why acne grows in some areas and not in other. My cheeks are mainly clear while I used to have a terrible forehead.

You might get some oil from touching your face, but acne forms in the inside not the outside. Otherwise, everyone that touched their face, about 60% of the people in my classes would have acne. Which is not the case, only about 15% of them have acne.
