Morning & Night:

Vitamin C - 500mg

B5 - 750mg (I find 2g a day to be too drying)

MSM - 1000mg (I'm taking this to help reduce a white scar on my leg)

Acidophilus - 100mg

Milk Thistle - 140mg

Should I be taking any less (or more) of some of these (particularly if 1g Vitamin C a day is too much?)? Should I incorporate anything else? Thanks.
