Two Retinoids At Once?

Recommended Posts

Hey guys I've been using differin 0.1% cream on my face and upper arms for a month. Differin is improving my face but has not made any significant difference on my upper arms. So I went to the doctor and asked him for a stronger retinoid, and he suggested isotrex 0.05% gel (topical isotretinion).

Would it be dangerous to use differin on my face, but isotrex on my arms? also, does isotrex leave any permanent changes to the body and/or applied section (since roaccutane does)?
