Sgreenta 1 Share Posted November 4, 2013 Yes, I do see that you have less cystic acne and less redness, so good job. What are you doing to manage your skin?
SunnySarah 57 Share Posted November 4, 2013 Axman195, your skin definitely looks like it has improved! (: Both of your cheeks have less red spots on them and your entire face has a smoother complexion.

Axman195 1 Author Share Posted November 4, 2013 Alright so here is my routine: In the morning I wash my face using Cetaphil Oil Control face wash, which my dermatologist reccomended. Then I apply the Cetaphil facial moisturizer that goes with it. Over the course of the day I try to eat really healthy, drinking lots of water and eating lots of veggies. Also I have completely cut dairy and caffeine out of my diet. That means milk and cheese and chocolate as well as soda pop or coffee, I haven't had any of the above in about 6 months or so and that seemed to make the biggest difference. Then at night I was my face again using the same face wash, and apply epiduo gel right before I go to bed. Also right before I go to bed I take a tetracycline pill. I try to sleep on my back which prevents my face from touching the pillowcase. That's my routine! And thanks everyone for saying how much I have improved, that's so awesome!!
