Did you perform it yourself?

tattoo the spots back to your own skin color

I didn't perform it by myself but by a bad dermatologist:( Anyway I was lucky I didn't get more scarring that I had originally.

Be careful with tattooing the face (aka micro pigmentation or medical tattooing). Facial skin changes with sun exposure, etc. so you want to make sure it blends well. You need to find someone with lots of experience to ensure a good color match. Good luck!
