Bloating And Acne Diet

Have any of you resolved stomach bloating by changing your diet to help your acne? I have changed my diet and my skin is close to being clear now, but I have such bad bloating. In the morning when I wake up I can almost see my ab muscles, but as the day goes on I start looking pregnant. My diet is pretty plain right now and mostly consists of green smoothies, gf oatmeal, chicken, fish, vegetables and fruit.

Healthier foods have more nutrients to process.

You may benefit from betaine HCL, digestive enzymes, and the right mix of probiotics.

Is this a recent dietary change? If so, you might still be adjusting to it. But you can try taking some ACV (apple cider vinegar, Bragg's brand) morning and night, 1-2 tablespoons in a glass of water. Be sure to rinse your mouth out after though to minimize corrosion to teeth.

How many servings of fruit are you having? Some fruit can cause bloating, so it's best to eat fruit on an empty stomach. Same with certain vegetables and juices.
