Have any of you resolved stomach bloating by changing your diet to help your acne? I have changed my diet and my skin is close to being clear now, but I have such bad bloating. In the morning when I wake up I can almost see my ab muscles, but as the day goes on I start looking pregnant. My diet is pretty plain right now and mostly consists of green smoothies, gf oatmeal, chicken, fish, vegetables and fruit.
Is this a recent dietary change? If so, you might still be adjusting to it. But you can try taking some ACV (apple cider vinegar, Bragg's brand) morning and night, 1-2 tablespoons in a glass of water. Be sure to rinse your mouth out after though to minimize corrosion to teeth.
