i dont know what these things are really anymore... so i posted a pic so some of u may tell me what is this and what is the best treatment for it -.- please this is ruining my social life. i use anti irritating,alchohol free ph5.5 cleanser along with skinoren 15%.
I'm using isotrexin at the moment and I have also used Differin, this is usually what derms recommend.
