Shipping Question

Hello, I recently placed a purchase sunday for some BP, AHA, oil, Moisturizer and I was wondering if it has been shipped yet. Usually I receive a tracking number with the receipt via email. It is now thursday and I'm out of product and starting to break out (I use the regimen religiously). I just want to know if it has been shipped yet and I chose UPS ground. Thank you very much.
