Just thought I'd recommend people trying Dead Sea mud on their acne. Not in the soap form or mixed with any other ingredient, just the pure mud. You can buy a big tub of it off the web for pretty cheap.

It's really the best thing I've used on my hormonal acne. I dab a bit on any spots and wash off with plain luke warm water after 15 minutes. Any whiteheads/yellowheads seem to burst in no time (sorry for graphic details !) and the redness is considerably better. It stings like a really pissed off colony of bees on any sore areas or little scratches or wounds so that seems like the only down side.

I'm pretty sure that it's antibacterial because of how high the salt content is (although I'm not positve about that). But either way I find it helpful in reducing redness and the overall look of acne. I hope it helps someone else too.
