I need a straight answer. Can I make these scars go away? They are making me extremely self conscious and I can't even leave my house. I've used a 1.5 dermaroller once because I only got it the other day.

They can improve for sure, but they are really mild and hardly noticeable to begin with. You can't leave the house though?! You look insanely handsome from what I can see!

Sorry, but i am getting so sick of people with almost flawless skin posting here.

I don't blame them if they feel self conscious even with hardly noticeable scars,

but have they ever given thought to the fact how members with REAL SEVERE scars

are feeling when reading their posts? Its simply cruel and insensitive of them to post here.

These people do not belong here.

They don't have a problem with their skin, they should go see a psychologist.

Sorry for this harsh words, but i just couldn't help myself.

I see mostly active acne. What is the cause of the redness in your eye?

I usually tend to get blud shot eyes because of how sensitive they are due to the colour. Do you think these scars on my temple can be completely removed ?

As much as I would say a few sessions of fraxel re:store would help, I really hardly notice them and I'm sure most of the people here would both agree and also would gladly exchange for your scarring. It's really not that bad mate, however you want to look at them.

It might work. I don't think it will hurt to try. If it doesn't work, you can always go for more aggressive treatements (like laser, etc).

I hardly see any scarring. Honestly, the red pimples are more noticeable so you can focus on clearing those first. And the vitamin C serum can help with mild scarring - there's no need for laser treatments or even dermarolling based on what is shown in the photo you posted.
