Every morning i have a decent amount of yoghurt on my breakfast which i have been doing for the last like 6 years. I have had mild acne for almost all of this time. I have a twin brother who has the same breakfast but without the yoghurt and he doesnt have it as badly as i do. I was wondering if i should cut out the yoghurt from my diet as i have been reading about how dairy is not to great for your skin?

Yes, you should try avoiding it. And if that doesn't make a difference, try something else.

What about Greek yogurt? Is that bad, too?

Fermented dairy is better than unfermented. How much you should have is individual and everyone needs to be figure it out for themselves.

Sigh. See my other response.

and btw, Greek yogurt is merely yogurt with the excess whey strained out. It's not better or safer. The probiotics in the yogurt are what may be more beneficial.
