this topic has probably been discussed to death, but ive heard a lot of people say good things about drinking green tea. so, i started it a couple of days ago and ive seen no results. i know it has only been a couple of days and it will take a while to kick in. i drink 3 cups a day. is that not enough. i heard someone say that they drink 8-9 cups a day and that just seems like too much. so, if i could get some suggestions about how much to drink a day that would be awesome. thanks lots.
