On my face I have one spot on my cheek that won't go away. There two pimples that are directly next to each other, which essentially form one large pimple. This spot has been on my face for nearly a month and has not really gotten that much better. I have been applying the regimen as described. What can I do to help make this spot go away?
I had a TERRIBLE breakout around my mouth a little less than two weeks ago, on my chin one of the huge cysts was a formation of at least three if not four nodules combined; above my lip I had some smaller nodules that combined forces as well. Very painful, and not my favorite look (obviously). But about 10 or so days ago, I cut out gluten, dairy, and sugar (except honey and some fruits with lower sugar content). My cystic acne immediately went down and those massive zits no longer existed within a week of my diet change.
I also like to use Mario Badescu's drying lotion, it really helps my zits to die down and heal quickly.
