New York Diet & Acne Study

Hi Everybody. Jennifer Burris, a doctoral student at NYU, recently contacted me asking if there might be any people on Acne.org who would take part in a diet & acne study she is conducting. Below is the information she provided:

________

Participate in Nutrition and Acne Study!

The Nutrition, Food Science, and Public Health Department at New York University is currently conducting a research study to learn more about the relationship between food and skin health. We are still looking for participants! We are recruiting both men and women between the ages of 18-40 with and without acne, living in or near New York City.

Participation in the study will include a total of two office visits (Each visit lasting less than 1 hour) at New York University. During this study, we will ask each participant to complete a food record, health/skin questionnaire, body composition assessment, and fasting blood draw. All participants will receive a copy of their results and a 25$ gift card!

We are currently looking for volunteers that meet the following requirements:

· A nonsmoker

· Normal body weight

· Between the ages of 18-40 years

We would love to have you participate! For more information, please call Jennifer Burris at New York University at 212-992-7898 or email: [email protected].

Thank you!!
