SA is actually not a cure.

SA is preventive to some extent, provided other aspects are taken care of.

it keeps the pore clean & unclogged and also takes care of excess oil/ dirt.

removes the dead upper layer.

but it does have anti-bacterial properties so it can't exactly attack existing active acne.

except for some say it helps dry the thing off.
